Is the quality comparable to engraved vinyl records?
Short answer: Yes.
How about durability of vinyl records?
We record VINYL records, which means that we do not use aluminum discs covered with vinyl (acetate). Acetate discs are NOT durable. Our records are as durable as normal engraved records.
How to order? How to send music?
You can find the answer for this question here. The easiest way is to send it using our ftp server or any upload service (i.e. yousendit.com). Please remember to put all tracks into zip or rar file! This protects tracks from internet transfer errors (in case of transfer failure compressed file will not decompress reporting error).
Is it possible to record more than a standard time?
Yes it is but you have to know that the longer time is recorded the closer the groove is (one to another). This means that after some time needle skipping may occur. We charge some extra money for every additional minute above the standard recording time (which is 12 minutes per side). The maximum is around 28-30 minutes per side.
What kind of vinyl records can I order?
We offer black 12" and 7" records. We do not provide coloured records nor Picture Discs.
Is it possible to record loops?
Yes it is. But the track has to be well prepared: tempo exactly 133 and 1/3 bpm. The reason is that we have to put 4/4 beat on 12" record with the speed of 33 and 1/3 rpm. This is why the loop has to last exactly 1/8 sec. For 45 rpm recording, tempo has to be exactly 180 bpm, and track duration 1 and 1/3 sec.
Do you print vinyl record envelopes and labels?
Every order includes white cardboard envelope and white, blank record labels. You can print yourself whatever you like using computer printer and stick it to the record.
Speaking about cardboard envelope we suggest to print somenthing on square stickers and stick it to the white envelope.
We do not provide poligraphy services.
